Week of Education and Action Against Racism and Antisemitism 2026

This national event, initiated by the DILCRAH, will take place this year from Saturday 21 March to Saturday 28 March 2026. It aims to give strong momentum to educational initiatives focused on preventing racism and antisemitism, and on defending and promoting Human Rights and the fundamental principles of the Republic.

The Week of Education and Action Against Racism and Antisemitism is an opportunity to strengthen educational efforts to prevent racism and antisemitism, and to defend and promote Human Rights and the core principles of the Republic.

It is led by the Ministry of National Education, Higher Education and Research and the Interministerial Delegation for the Fight Against Racism, Antisemitism and Anti-LGBT Hate (DILCRAH).

It brings together the entire educational community, student and high school organizations, as well as associations engaged in combating discrimination, xenophobia, racism and antisemitism.

  • The Museum of Art and History of Judaism is hosting several free flagship events aimed at deconstructing stereotypes and encouraging mutual respect. ► Learn more
  • The Camp des Milles organized a series of initiatives in the Aix-Marseille education district (educational workshops, webinars and online conferences, exhibitions and debates, training sessions), as well as online educational resources for teachers. An interactive learning tool designed to better understand the process that leads from prejudice to genocide, along with a “democratic survival guide” is also available online.
