Maintien à domicile
The Foundation supports various services allowing Holocaust survivors to continue living at home despite diminishing self-sufficiency.
Home visitors — caregivers, household aides, psychologists, etc. — can help out with everyday tasks, offer administrative or logistical assistance or just lend a friendly ear to reduce the loneliness isolated people often feel.
The Foundation also funds programs for Holocaust survivors in outpatient centers specializing in neurodegenerative pathologies such as Alzheimer’s disease, which requires comprehensive care.
Holocaust survivors are offered the possibility of assistance that meets their needs and takes their condition’s progression and their daily wellbeing into account.
