- The Foundation provides grants :
The Foundation provides grants for projects whose aim is to aid social institutions which:

  • Provide help for elderly and isolated Jewish former deportees and their children when they are in need
  • Give aid to the “Righteous” and their children when are in need
  • Help needy Holocaust victims in Central and Eastern Europe or in Israel
  • Provide help for needy French victims of Nazi persecutions

- Projects are evaluated in terms of :

  • Relevance to the Foundation’s basic objectives
  • The ability of the applicant to successfully complete the project
  • Innovative aspects of the project
  • Timeliness
  • Adaptation to the intended public
  • Coordination with other public or private institutions
  • The appropriateness of the project’s budget, the financial resources of the applicant, and a justification of the amount requested from the Foundation

- The Foundation, through its Solidarity Committee, acts :

  • In France (and Israel) to give aid to social action organisations which help the Jewish community
  • In Eastern Europe to give aid to social action organisations which help the Jewish community in cooperation with the JOINT in the areas of :
    • Medical services
    • Psychological help
    • Providing care for the elderly

- Deadlines for submission of applications :

  • September 15, 2010
  • Your project will be examined within 6 months.
