The Foundation provides grants :
The Foundation provides grants for projects whose aim is to aid social institutions which:
- Provide help for elderly and isolated Jewish former deportees and their children when they are in need
- Give aid to the “Righteous” and their children when are in need
- Help needy Holocaust victims in Central and Eastern Europe or in Israel
- Provide help for needy French victims of Nazi persecutions
Projects are evaluated in terms of :
- Relevance to the Foundation’s basic objectives
- The ability of the applicant to successfully complete the project
- Innovative aspects of the project
- Timeliness
- Adaptation to the intended public
- Coordination with other public or private institutions
- The appropriateness of the project’s budget, the financial resources of the applicant, and a justification of the amount requested from the Foundation
The Foundation, through its Solidarity Committee, acts :
- In France (and Israel) to give aid to social action organisations which help the Jewish community
- In Eastern Europe to give aid to social action organisations which help the Jewish community in cooperation with the JOINT in the areas of :
- Medical services
- Psychological help
- Providing care for the elderly
Deadlines for submission of applications :
September 15, 2010
Your project will be examined within 6 months.
